Dr. Zhang’s former doctoral student, Qingquan Ma, now graduated with Ph.D., and he is continuing to work with Dr. Zhang as a postdoc.

Dr. Ma’s research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of facet-dependent nano-catalysis, electrocatalysis, density functional theory (DFT) and multidisciplinary research in material characterization and electrochemical membrane processes.
